$250 seats include VIP Seating closest to the stage and dance floor, a bottle (per couple) of your choice of Ray Steven's Napa Valley CabaRay Wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio), party favors, dinner, dessert, a great show, dancing, and a champagne toast and balloon drop at Midnight!

5:00pm: Piano Bar opens.
6:00pm: Dinner seating begins.
7:30pm: Show (Act I).
8:15-8:30pm: Intermission.
8:30-9:30pm: Show (Act II).
10:00pm: Big Band Orchestra & Dance.
Midnight: Countdown to midnight, champagne toast and balloon drop.
Midnight - "wee hours": Piano Bar with John Jonethis.

Beef:
Grilled Beef Filet Mignon Oscar with lump crab plus asparagus and sauce bernaise. Served with roasted asparagus with tri-color peppers and white cheddar and rosemary au gratin potatoes.
Fish:
Pan Seared Sea Bass with lemon + white wine caper sauce. Served with wild rice pilaf with sun-dried cranberries and roasted asparagus with tri-color peppers.
Chicken:
Herb Roasted Chicken Breast with pan jus. Served with roasted asparagus with tri-color peppers and white cheddar and rosemary au gratin potatoes.
Dessert:
White chocolate champagne cake.
All Meals include: Fresh garden salad with house dressing, fresh baked dinner rolls with butter, coffee, tea or soft drink
